Plant orders are shipped within 5-7 days depending on availability of the plant. We ship our plants Monday through Friday.
Additional processing time may be required during Sale or Promotional periods due to above average order volume. We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your orders!
SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of purchased items. Free Shipping is available when your order total amount reach to $99.9 or higher. For orders below $99.9, shipping rate is $50 for 1 lbs in US. Shipping usually taks 7 -10 working days depending on the destinations. We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska.
No sales tax need to be charged on our website.
We only support shipping within United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii) at the moment.
ORDER PROCESSING
We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure that they arrive at their final destination safely. Your plant will be meticulously wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box.
Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately.
Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
Leaves in wrinkled or wilted: In order to ensure the survival rate of succulents, we always dry them for delivery, so it is normal to receive wilted and become slightly smaller sizes. Please plant in wet soil, it will recover in a week
