Our refund and returns policy lasts 48h after receiving our package. If 48h have passed since you receiving the package, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

– Each succulent will have a corresponding label on the outer packaging.

Please check the total number of products first. For missing goods or quality problems, please take photos or video records and contact us within 48 hours!

– Please take pictures of the outer boxes and the state of the plants, and we will properly handle it according to the following compensation standards.

If it exceeds 48 hours, all losses shall be borne by the buyer.

We will decide if the products need to be returned to us. And once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the returning is caused by quality issues, we will responsible for the cost of return shipping fee, and if you would like to cancel the order or or just you don’t need the item(s) anymore, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping fee. We do not support replacement for products without quality issues.

Procedure to Place a Return or Exchange

1. To place a return or exchange, reach out to Succushop at {[email protected]}. We will reply to you as soon as possible. If the request for a return or exchange does not comply with the terms above, Succushop will not authorize the return or exchange. If you do not contact us first and you return the product without Succushop’s express authorization, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods, and we will not authorize a refund.

2. For all authorized returns or exchanges, Succushop will send you a detailed email confirmation and return address associated with your order.

3. Please send the product back to us as requested. Returned merchandise should contain the original packaging materials, manuals, free gifts, accessories, etc., be marked with a return label, and be in the same condition as when received. Succushop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Any product that shows signs of wear or is soiled in any way will be considered “unacceptable”.

4. Once your return or exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inspect the item and notify you if your request to return or exchange the item was ultimately approved or denied. This assessment will be done in our sole discretion based on the condition in which the item was received and any other terms of our policies. If everything checks out, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or refund within 3-5 business days. Please note: You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse, returning address will be sent to you via email

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. No need return handling fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or packed. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
